Job summary

Groupe Dynamite’s Garage brand seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor and online. You will optimize inventory, maintain visual standards, and contribute to eComm fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or asset.
• Post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• Experience in fashion retail or management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and guest experience.
• Contribute to inventory management, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment.
• Ensure brand presentation and merchandising standards are maintained.
