Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales, maintain brand standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers on the sales floor and via digital channels.

You will contribute to inventory management, shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment, while ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Has passion for fashion, and displays an outgoing personality and passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate organizational skills, solving skills, and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social Media Skills, Mobile Device Skills, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office
• Availability to work on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead the team to optimize sales results.
• Provide a positive shopping experience for customers while inspiring a high-performing team on the sales floor and through digital channels.
• Contribute to inventory management, ship processing, replenishment, and eComm order fulfillment to support store performance.
• Help maintain brand standards and visual/merchandising directives in the store.
• Support day-to-day operations and drive customer satisfaction through operational efficiency.
