Nike Grapevine is seeking a Retail Supervisor who leads a fast-paced team and delivers exceptional customer service. You’ll guide associates, manage daily store operations, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience that reflects Nike’s brand values and service standards.

You’ll train on the latest products, support events, and uphold integrity and reliability while helping customers find their perfect fit. This role emphasizes teamwork and a genuine passion for sport and style.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Demonstrate customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Show up for teammates by attending store events and supporting daily operations.
• Operate cash register, stock, shipping/receiving, and build visual displays.
• Create a welcoming environment and exceed customer expectations at every step.
