Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment and supervisory role preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret store policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees.
• Follow processes for stocking, receiving, and merchandising.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support planogram compliance.
• Ensure cash control procedures and refunds are handled properly.
• Assist in management of store in Store Manager's absence.
