The Texan Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Schulenburg, TX store. You will assist the Store Manager in supervising all store operations, lead a team, and ensure superior customer service while maintaining store standards and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train team members and ensure excellent customer service.

• Conduct performance reviews and corrective actions in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain store standards, housekeeping, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate money deposits and loss prevention.
