Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries about general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Explain solutions and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm or clarify information.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly I Agree on schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.
