Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearms transaction regulations, where applicable.
• Qualification for FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive motions; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, lifting 41-60 pounds.
