• Logistics Team Lead
• Operation Team Lead
• Store Inventory Control Team Lead
• Store Merchandising Team Lead
• Sales Team Lead Softlines
• Sales Team Lead Hardlines

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience

• At least two years of relevant work experience required.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Understanding of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier)

• Compliance with firearms transaction requirements, where applicable.
• Qualification to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional behavior standards.
• Standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds occasionally.
