Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum two years relevant experience.
• Support of people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state firearm transaction requirements, if applicable.
• Ability to qualify for FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficiency in creating reports and correspondence.
• Ability to follow instructions in various formats.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier)

• Compliance with firearm transaction and FOID card requirements, if applicable.
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance

• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and handle up to 20 pounds constantly; lift up to 40 pounds frequently; and lift 41-60 pounds occasionally.
