Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and meet sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for selling and processing firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Eligibility to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Competence in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Applying common sense to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Compliance with firearm transaction regulations, where applicable.
• Qualifications to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Completion of Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct rules.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
