Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions, where applicable.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Understanding of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Proficiency with inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office products.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet firearms transaction requirements, where applicable.
• Maintain FOID card (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, where applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional behavior rules.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, handling, repetitive motions, feeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, fingering, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting 21-40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds.
