As a Team Lead, you will drive the execution of projects and initiatives, leading team members to impact customer satisfaction, store profitability, and support our purpose.

Positions Available:

• Logistics Team Lead
• Operations Team Lead
• Store Inventory Control Team Lead
• Store Merchandising Team Lead
• Sales Team Lead Softlines
• Sales Team Lead Hardlines

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Support of people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for firearm transactions, as applicable.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet firearm transaction requirements and FOID card qualifications (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, as applicable.

Physical & Attendance Requirements:

• Adequate hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Stand, walk, reach, and handle objects; lift up to 20 pounds regularly.
• Stooping, crouching, finger dexterity, and lifting 21-40 pounds frequently.
• Sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting 41-60 pounds occasionally.
