Job summary

White House Black Market in Houston is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory and support both back-of-house and sales floor operations. You will process shipments, move stock from the stockroom, and ensure products are properly shelved and priced.

You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and you will help maintain brand standards and a positive team culture. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience handling stock and replenishment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with store leadership and teammates.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and being on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom neat and easy to navigate for retrieval and restocking.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Restock and apply price changes as needed while maintaining brand standards.
• Maintain an inviting store environment that reflects the brand and signage placement.
• Assist store leaders with executing visual directives and floor sets.
