White House Black Market in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory both in the stockroom and on the sales floor. You will process shipments, organize storage, and ensure products are available and properly priced.

You will support store leaders with visual directives and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused environment while maintaining brand standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory processes and merchandising.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Restock and price-change products; maintain visual merchandising on the floor.
• Assist with updating floor sets, window changes, and signage per directives.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team to ensure smooth daily operations.
