White House Black Market (WHBM) in Houston, TX is seeking a Support Associate to help ensure inventory accuracy, restock merchandise, and maintain an inviting sales floor. The role blends back-of-house and customer-facing duties to support a positive shopping experience.

You will contribute to brand standards, assist with visual updates, and collaborate with the team to deliver hospitality-driven service. Must be 18+, flexible hours, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, storage, and ticket merchandise for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products promptly and accurately on the sales floor.
• Restock products and update price changes.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives including floor sets and signage.
