Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene, NH is seeking a proactive and reliable Store Support Coordinator to join our team. This role goes beyond stocking shelves; you will help keep the store safe, welcoming, and smoothly operated as the heartbeat of daily activity.

The Monadnock Food Co-op in Keene, NH, is seeking a proactive and reliable Store Support Coordinator to join our team! The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth store operations, a safe Co-op for staff and customers, and to ensure customers receive excellent service. This person will continuously assess operations across the store and provide support to ensure our store is well stocked and maintained, that service areas provide great service, and checkout lines flow well. The Store Support Coordinator will maintain a physical security presence on the sales floor while interacting with customers to ensure a safe and pleasant customer experience. This person will exhibit a sense of urgency when responding to emergency situations. They will monitor daily activity on the sales floor to ensure policies and procedures are followed. This position will support operations with cashiering and bagging customer purchases, performing carry-outs, and by supporting general cleanliness operations. They will support store appearance and selling departments with ensuring shelves, coolers and bins are kept fully stocked and in good condition. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
