Job summary

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF EL PASO INC in Horizon City is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to assist management in daily operations and to supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, and at least two years of experience in retail management. Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in retail store management or sales supervision.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance required.
• Must pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with store operations and customer service.
• Ensure store meets or exceeds sales and production goals.
• Complete daily sales paperwork and reports.
