GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF EL PASO INC is seeking a Store Manager for its El Paso, TX location. The role directs a multi-product retail store, focusing on collection, processing and sale of donated goods while meeting revenue goals and operating within budgeted expenses.

The position requires strong leadership, HR management, scheduling, safety, and customer service, with a responsibility to maintain store standards, security, and donor relations in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in retail/production with supervisory experience.
• Strong math skills with fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Cash handling experience and making change.
• Staff hiring, training and supervision.
• Problem solving and independent decision making.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Computer skills and ability to use store systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
