Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and drive performance against sales goals and KPIs.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, including receiving and product flow to floor.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
• Uphold loss prevention practices and store policies; foster inclusive culture.
