Under Armour seeks a Store Supervisor to lead a high‑performing retail team in our Baltimore location. You will coach teammates, support daily operations, uphold standards, and drive sales results across key areas of the store.

You will analyze daily trends, manage merchandising and loss prevention, and collaborate with leadership to ensure a superior customer experience. This role requires flexible hours and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience.
• Availability to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held/mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to stand, lift and move up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Advanced selling experience and industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily sales trends to drive real-time decisions.
• Direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audits.
• Rotate ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-functional experience.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Report accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate priorities and KPI targets to sales teammates.
• Support store and regional leadership during onboarding and continuous training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
