Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support the store leadership team to maximize profitability and maintain store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure inventory flow to the sales floor.
