Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store’s leadership and drive a best-in-class customer experience in Fort Wayne. You will coach and develop associates, supervise daily operations, and partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability while maintaining brand standards.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment, foster an inclusive team culture, and ensure stock flow, inventory integrity, and safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Foundation skills include driving results, coaching teams, and strong communication.
• Comfortable using word processing and spreadsheet tools; physical store tasks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer engagement.
• Support the store leadership team to optimize sales, merchandising, and standards.
• Monitor KPIs to drive sales goals and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegating tasks.
• Assist in training onboarding and provide ongoing feedback to teammates.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure timely product replenishment.
