Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in position or related field.
• Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems.
• Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas with leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction, coaching, and training to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise assigned department to support store profitability and customer experience.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Maintain company standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
