Job summary

VF Corporation's Vans brand is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and drive exceptional customer service. You will partner with store leadership to maximize sales, ensure merchandising standards, and uphold brand integrity in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will supervise opening/closing, inventory flow, and training, while promoting an inclusive culture. A High School Diploma is preferred and you should be comfortable with retail software tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset through authentic customer interactions.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and engagement targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Train and onboard new team members with ongoing feedback and support.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
