You will lead in cashier accountability, scheduling, training, and safety. The role requires at least a high school diploma and retail experience, with emphasis on operations, inventory, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, deposits, and basic math with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise: stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement planograms as directed.
