Job summary

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for assisting with supervision and store/donation center operations at the Round Lake Beach location of Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago. You will motivate the team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals, support merchandising, and coach staff to engage customers.

Responsibilities include policy adherence, safe work practices, loss prevention, and ensuring proper cash controls.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with two closing shifts weekly and every other weekend.
• Must have working phone for communication accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store and donation center operations.
• Coordinate the proper rotation of goods to ensure a continuous flow of new merchandise.
• Oversee that there is adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Assist with hiring processes and training as needed.
• Function as a service experience leader; operate register and maintain cash controls.
