Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Houston, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive customer service excellence. You will supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and coach non-management staff to achieve sales targets.

With a focus on brand standards, visual merchandising, and effective communication, you will analyze reports and ensure store assets are protected while delivering a seamless Omni-Channel experience.

Qualifications

• Must have customer-facing experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop non-management staff.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Knowledge of fashion trends helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing routines to ensure smooth store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom while delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll activities.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Review reports to inform store decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
