Role requires a bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience, strong fashion sense, and leadership skills. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and represent the brand with a focus on sales and visual presentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure customer service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
