Job summary

Harbor Wholesale in Medford, OR is seeking a Lead Store Solutions Representative for Southern Oregon. This position covers Medford to the CA border with 70% overnight travel and a four 10-hour shift schedule (Mon-Thu).

You will guide SSRs, manage merchandising projects, train team members, and report updates to the Regional Sales Manager while ensuring company standards and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English and follow written instructions.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and operate Harbor vehicle; fuel costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Implement company plan-o-grams and merchandising standards across sets.
• Inventory management of supplies in vans and storage areas.
• Maintain clean, professional work environment in stores and wear company dress code.
• Assign cross-category training to team members and monitor store performance.
