Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Basic computer and register skills.
• Experience with cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage shifts.
• Deploy team members to meet business demands.
• Communicate clearly to ensure smooth shift operations.
• Know product and brands and communicate to guests and team.
• Coach and direct team members; support managers.
• Train new team members and provide input on performance.
• Maintain financial accountability through staffing and food pars.
• Open/close responsibilities and shift handoffs; ensure store readiness.
• Perform safety and security tasks; observe early opening/late closing rules.
• Handle cash and inventory processing; conduct orders as needed.
