Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team. As a key member of the store leadership, you will support the Store Management team in driving store execution, customer service, and loyalty building when management is not onsite.

You will lead the store crew, ensure opening and closing procedures, supervise daily tasks, and maintain a welcoming, safe shopping environment for our customers while protecting confidentiality and promoting CVS customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price, stock and merchandize merchandise; execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; reset departments following planograms.
