Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Holly Ridge, NC. The role supports the Store Management team, drives store execution, and focuses on delivering excellent customer service.

The supervisor leads the staff in the manager’s absence and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and offers 25 weekly hours with a typical pay range of $16.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Collaborate with store management and crews and communicate effectively.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and seasonal promotions.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory and reset departments per POGs.
