Job summary

CVS Health in Riverside, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations when a manager is not on site. You will supervise the crew, ensure opening and closing procedures, and help build loyalty through excellent service.

You’ll handle customer questions, resolve issues, merchandise, price, stock shelves, and maintain a positive shopping environment in line with CVS policies and health goals.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager and ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Support store management in driving store execution and customer service excellence.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
