Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive execution, and strengthen customer service. When managers are not on site, you lead the team, ensure store operations run smoothly, and oversee opening and closing procedures.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions, merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain presentation in line with CVS policies. The role requires flexibility, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Dedu ctive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following planogram changes and ensure inventory accuracy.
