Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager in Louisiana to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training including Pizza College courses.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on safety, scheduling, inventory, and marketing initiatives. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance and foster a positive, high-energy work

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
