Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.

The role requires managing scheduling, labor, and safety while driving store performance through marketing and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
