Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking a part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure top-notch customer service, and support store goals. You will guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete RPM training programs including Pizza College courses.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for leadership development and career growth within RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
