Job summary

RPM Pizza in Louisiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will guide Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete required RPM and Pizza College trainings alongside the General Manager.

The role offers hourly pay with bonus opportunities, medical/dental/vision/life insurance and a 401(k) plan for eligible staff, plus ongoing leadership development and community involvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
