Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems startups and cash handling.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Handles product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Operates store keys to open/close and assists with vendor deliveries via the back door.
• Registers all sales accurately, monitors pricing, and records scanning errors or price issues.
• Assists in reviewing orders, returns, and reverse logistics; supports displays and floor resets.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization; enforces pricing signage and regulatory requirements.
• Supports the Pickup program and maintains familiarity with store systems and equipment.
• Provides coverage at the pharmacy window where allowed by state requirements and ensures compliance with regulated products.
