Job summary

Walgreens in Cumming, GA is seeking a store teammate to support opening/closing, cash handling, and customer service. You will greet customers, process returns, handle refunds, and ensure shelves and stock rooms are ready for the business day.

You'll assist with vendor deliveries, price changes, and basic store operations while upholding company policies and safety standards. Prior leadership or key-holder experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to obtain PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in management's absence, ensuring cash and systems readiness.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register records.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach team during vendor deliveries and stock management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper pricing/signage.
• Support pharmacy out window as requested.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and safety rules.
