Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads at our Colorado stores. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help the Store Manager run daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• High school diploma / GED (or equivalent).
• 18+ years old required (Colorado requires 21+ for certain states in the list).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, back up daily tasks and training.
