Job summary

You will deliver a distinctive customer experience, assist with vendor deliveries, pricing, inventory, and basic bookkeeping tasks, while upholding all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets, assists with products and services, and resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Registers all sales, documents scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; maintains pricing accuracy and signs.
• Assists with inventory counts, displays, pricing tasks, and back-room organization; supports vendor deliveries.
• Maintains store appearance, separation of food items, stock rotation, and basic bookkeeping tasks as requested.
• Serves as liaison between management and team members when management is not present.
