Responsibilities

• Assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume operations.
• Greet customers and process orders professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, including registers, cash and coupons accountability.
• Assist with inventory control and stock ordering.
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, and presentation standards.
• Communicate daily assignments and supervise front and back of house tasks.
