Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with pricing changes and signage as required.
• Assist with back room and vendor deliveries, including opening back door when needed.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping as necessary.
