Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Manager to lead safety and security efforts in a retail setting. You will monitor store operations, oversee investigations, and coach team members to uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include implementing controls to reduce shrink, safeguard associates, and coordinate programs, with occasional travel to support neighboring stores. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• 2 years of experience supervising employees including coaching, mentoring, directing, training, performance management and recognition.
• Experience conducting retail investigations and using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS).

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional, timely service.
• Monitor receiving, shipping and selling patterns at the store.
• Champion safety, shrink and security initiatives with effective controls.
