Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a secure environment for customers and employees while serving as the store ambassador. The role supports both store operations and security controls to deliver elevated customer experiences and protect assets.

You will perform front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house operational tasks, including opening/closing procedures and coordination with the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment and 1 year prior experience in a security-related position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for customers and employees and act as the store ambassador.
• Support sales by deepening client relationships and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
• Deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergency situations, and implement incident management procedures.
• Follow security systems and procedures including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access controls, and report submissions.
• Perform operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and communication with the store team.
