The Branch Security Officer partners with store leadership to prevent theft, respond to incidents, and maintain security systems and procedures. This role supports opening and closing operations, assists with facilities issues, and acts as a brand ambassador to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with senior security and store management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies.
• Follow security systems and procedures including daily inspections, alarm tests, key access, and report submissions.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs and store operational tasks.
• Support client experience by acting as a brand ambassador, deepening relationships, and supporting sales initiatives.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: experience in a retail or security environment and 1 year prior security-related experience.
