Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across departments.

You’ll stock shelves, update pricing, rotate products, and maintain backroom organization, contributing to a fast-paced, varied workday while upholding store standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Experience with stocking, merchandising, and pricing accuracy preferred.
• Understand store layout, department offerings, and general merchandise across the store.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, helping them locate items and answer questions.
• Restock shelves, rotate products, update pricing/signage, and maintain backroom organization.
• Keep displays neat, clean, and compliant with store standards across departments.
• Operate equipment safely (pallet jacks, box cutters) and follow training guidelines.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, varied workday by handling multiple tasks efficiently.
