Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support team member to help customers find items, answer questions, and keep the store clean and inviting.

You will stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing and signage, and maintain displays across departments. The role involves assisting with backroom organization, inventory monitoring, and working in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (18 years of age or older, depending on role requirements)
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate items, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays in good condition
• Maintain backroom organization and restock inventory across departments
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, labeling, and item placement
