Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Retail Sales and Store Support teammate to help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You will assist customers, stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays and signage throughout the day.

You will work across departments, handle inventory, and support backroom organization in a fast-paced environment. The role rewards attention to detail, adaptability, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers with questions and direct them to products
• Experience stocking shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards
• Knowledge of store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments
• Attention to pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks during shifts
• Awareness of inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering processes
• Experience using equipment like pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices following safety guidelines
• Comfort switching between tasks, departments, and priorities during a shift
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
